How to close your Premium Account
To terminate your Premium account, access the [Premium] settings page via the main menu.
On the [My Premium] page, click on “Cancel my premium account”
A confirmation message will show up as follows. Then, click on “Cancel My Premium Account”
In case of a Paypal payment, the following message will show up and the cancellation will be completed.
Paypal payments will stop immediately upon completing this process.
However, to stop payments made through Yahoo!Wallet, you are required to do so on Yahoo!Wallet’s webpage.
**When terminating your Premium account, you can do so either through Lang-8’s webpage, or via Paypal, Yahoo!Wallet etc.
Yahoo!Wallet (Japanese)
You can use your premium account up until the day your repayment was due, then it will become available.
The expiration date can be checked via your premium page on the Lang-8 website.
