I forgot my password

1. Click on “Forgot Your Password ?” at the log-in page.

2. Type in your email address which you used to sign up with, and click “send”.

3. You should find a new message from us titled “reissued password.” You will find your new password there.

4. Log-in with your reissued password.

**Please note that once you sent a request for a new password, your previous one will no longer be valid.
